1. 產品性質 / Nature of the product
本課程為數位內容/線上服務,並非實體商品。您購買並完成付款後,完整課程內容即立即透過網頁應用程式解鎖並可供存取,無需等待出貨或任何實體交付程序。
This course is digital content / an online service, not a physical product. Upon completed payment, full course content unlocks and becomes accessible immediately in the web application — there is no shipping or physical delivery step.
2. 免費 Day 1–3 試用:先試用再付費 / Free Days 1–3 sample: try before you buy
我們刻意將課程 Day 1 至 Day 3 開放免費試用,目的就是讓您在付費前,充分了解課程的內容、風格、難易度與教學方式是否符合您的需求。我們強烈建議您先完整體驗免費試用內容,確認合適後再購買,因為(如下所述)付款後原則上不適用七日猶豫期退貨。
We deliberately make Days 1–3 free to sample so you can fully evaluate the course's content, style, difficulty, and teaching approach before paying. We strongly recommend completing the free sample before purchasing, because — as explained below — the statutory 7-day cooling-off right generally does not apply once you've purchased.
3. 關於七日猶豫期(鑑賞期)的適用 / About the statutory 7-day cooling-off right
台灣《消費者保護法》第 19 條原則上賦予通訊交易(如網路購物)消費者七日猶象期,得無條件解除契約。
然而,依主管機關訂定之「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」,非以有形媒介提供之數位內容,或一經提供即為完成之線上服務,經消費者事先同意始提供者,屬於合理例外情事,得排除七日猶豫期之適用。(確切條文與適用範圍,請以律師最終確認為準。)
本課程完全符合上述性質:
- 內容為純數位、非以光碟/隨身碟等有形媒介提供;
- 一經購買即完成服務提供(立即解鎖存取);
- 您在結帳時,即被告知並同意「立即取得存取權限」。
因此,於您完成購買、確認同意立即取得完整課程存取權後,原則上不再適用七日猶豫期的無條件解約權。 這正是為什麼我們提供 Day 1–3 免費試用——讓您在觸發此例外之前,先行確認課程是否適合您。
Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act (消費者保護法) Art. 19 generally gives consumers in "communication transactions" (e.g., online purchases) an unconditional 7-day right to cancel.
However, under the implementing rules on reasonable exceptions to this right (通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則), digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, or an online service that is complete upon delivery, provided with the consumer's prior consent, is a recognized reasonable exception — excluding the 7-day cooling-off right. (Exact statutory text and scope to be confirmed with counsel before this page goes live.)
This course fits that description: it is purely digital (not delivered on physical media), the service is complete upon purchase (access unlocks immediately), and at checkout you are informed of, and asked to consent to, immediate access.
Therefore, once you complete a purchase and consent to immediate access, the unconditional 7-day cooling-off right generally does not apply. This is exactly why we offer the free Days 1–3 sample — so you can confirm fit before that exception is triggered.
4. 例外/善意處理 / Exceptions & goodwill review
即便如此,我們理解偶有以下情況值得個案處理,您可寄信至 chenkoyu@gmail.com 說明狀況,我們會逐案審酌是否提供退款或其他補救(例如帳號存取異常、重複扣款、明顯的技術瑕疵導致您完全無法使用課程等):
- 因系統錯誤導致重複收費;
- 因我方技術問題,您完全無法存取已購買之課程內容,且我們未能在合理期間內修復;
- 其他您認為顯失公平之情形。
以上為善意(goodwill)審酌,非法律義務之當然結果,我們保留最終決定權,但會秉持誠信原則合理處理。
Even so, we recognize some situations may deserve individual review. Email us at chenkoyu@gmail.com describing your situation, and we'll review it case by case — for example: duplicate charges due to a system error; a technical issue on our side that makes the purchased content completely inaccessible and we fail to fix it within a reasonable time; or other situations you believe are clearly unfair.
This is a goodwill review process, not an admission of legal obligation — we retain final discretion, but will handle requests in good faith.
5. 退款如何處理(透過 Lemon Squeezy)/ How refunds are processed (via Lemon Squeezy)
若我們同意退款,實際退款作業將透過 Lemon Squeezy(本交易之記錄商戶)處理,款項會退回您原付款方式。退款所需時間依 Lemon Squeezy 及您的發卡機構作業時間而定。
若您透過信用卡發起爭議款項(chargeback),該爭議亦由 Lemon Squeezy 及其付款服務商依其流程處理;建議您先聯繫我們嘗試解決問題,再考慮發起爭議款項,以避免不必要的延遲或帳號問題。
If we approve a refund, it will be processed through Lemon Squeezy (the Merchant of Record for this transaction) and returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on Lemon Squeezy and your card issuer.
If you initiate a credit card chargeback, that dispute is also handled through Lemon Squeezy and its payment processors per their process. We recommend contacting us first to try to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback, to avoid unnecessary delay.
