1. 服務提供者 / Who provides this service

本服務（下稱「本服務」）由 Kurt Chen（個人賣家 / individual seller）（下稱「我們」）提供，內容為「外交特考 外國文」線上準備課程（下稱「課程」），以網頁應用程式形式提供給使用者。

This service ("Service") — an online exam-preparation course for the Taiwan Diplomatic and Consular Personnel Examination, English section (外交特考 外國文) — is provided by Kurt Chen（個人賣家 / individual seller） ("we", "us"), delivered as a web application.

2. Lemon Squeezy 作為記錄商戶 / Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record

本課程透過 Lemon Squeezy 銷售。Lemon Squeezy（Lemon Squeezy, Inc. 及其關係企業）是本交易的記錄商戶（Merchant of Record, MoR）——也就是說，您在結帳時，法律上是向 Lemon Squeezy（作為我們產品的授權經銷商 authorized reseller）購買，而非直接向我們購買。

• 付款處理：您的信用卡／付款資訊由 Lemon Squeezy 及其付款服務商處理，我們不會、也無法接觸到您的完整付款卡資料。
• 稅務：銷售稅／加值稅（VAT/GST，如適用）由 Lemon Squeezy 依您所在地計算、收取並向稅務機關申報繳納。
• 發票／收據：由 Lemon Squeezy 開立並寄送。
• 退款與爭議款項（chargeback）：實際退款作業與信用卡爭議款項處理，皆透過 Lemon Squeezy 的系統與流程進行（詳見《退款政策》refund.md）。

若您對付款、扣款、發票或退款有疑問，可能需要同時聯繫 Lemon Squeezy 客服（見其官方說明）以及我們（chenkoyu@gmail.com）。

This course is sold through Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, Inc. and its affiliates) acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for this transaction — meaning that at checkout, you are legally purchasing from Lemon Squeezy, acting as authorized reseller of our product, not directly from us.

• Payment processing: Your card/payment details are handled by Lemon Squeezy and its payment processors. We never see or store your full payment card data.
• Taxes: Sales tax / VAT / GST (where applicable) is calculated, collected, and remitted by Lemon Squeezy based on your location.
• Invoices/receipts: Issued by Lemon Squeezy.
• Refunds and chargebacks: Processed through Lemon Squeezy's systems (see refund.md).

For payment, billing, invoice, or refund questions, you may need to contact Lemon Squeezy support in addition to us at chenkoyu@gmail.com.

3. 授權使用 / License to use the content

購買後，我們授予您一項個人、非獨家、不可轉讓的權利，僅供您本人於本網頁應用程式內存取及使用課程內容，用於個人準備考試之用。

您不得：

• 將帳號、登入連結或課程內容分享、轉售、出租、出借給第三方；
• 下載、重製、散布、公開傳輸、改作課程內容（截圖、錄影、文字複製等）用於非個人用途；
• 以任何自動化方式（爬蟲、批次下載等）擷取課程內容；
• 將課程內容用於商業用途（例如轉售、用於其他補習班或教學服務）。

違反上述規定，我們保留暫停或終止您帳號存取權的權利，且不予退款。

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content within this web application, for your own exam-preparation purposes only.

You may not: share, resell, rent, or lend your account/access links or course materials to third parties; download, copy, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the course content for non-personal use; scrape or bulk-download content; or use the content for any commercial purpose (e.g., reselling it, or using it in another tutoring service).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this license, without refund.

4. 帳號與存取 / Account & access

• 存取課程需透過 magic-link（無密碼）電子郵件登入，並綁定您在 Lemon Squeezy 結帳時使用的 email。
• 免費樣本（Day 1–3）任何人皆可存取；完整課程於購買並確認付款後即時解鎖。
• 請妥善保管您的登入 email 帳號，因存取以此驗證身分。

Access is via passwordless magic-link email sign-in, tied to the email used at Lemon Squeezy checkout. The Day 1–3 sample is free to preview; full course access unlocks immediately upon confirmed purchase. Keep your login email secure, as it is used to verify your identity.

5. 使用規範 / Acceptable use

您同意不會：

• 意圖規避付費機制存取完整課程內容；
• 以任何方式干擾、破壞本服務的正常運作（如攻擊、注入惡意程式碼等）；
• 冒用他人身分或提供不實資訊註冊。

You agree not to: attempt to bypass payment/access controls; interfere with or disrupt the Service (e.g., attacks, malicious code); or impersonate others or provide false registration information.

6. 免責聲明與責任限制 / Disclaimers & limitation of liability

本課程為應考準備輔助教材，並非通過考試之保證。 考試結果受多重因素影響（包括但不限於個人準備程度、應試表現、考題變動、評分標準），我們不對您是否通過外交特考或任何考試作出任何保證或承諾。

課程內容按「現狀」（as is）提供，我們不保證內容完全無誤、完整、或永遠即時更新（例如考試制度、題型變動）。若發現內容錯誤，歡迎透過 chenkoyu@gmail.com 回報，我們會盡力更正，但不因此負擔任何賠償責任。

在台灣法律允許的最大範圍內，我們對於您因使用（或無法使用）本服務所產生的任何間接、附帶、衍生性損害或利益損失，不負賠償責任；我們的總責任上限不超過您就本課程實際支付的金額。本條款不排除或限制台灣法律不允許排除或限制之責任（例如故意或重大過失所致之損害）。

This course is exam-preparation guidance, not a guarantee of passing any examination. Exam outcomes depend on many factors (your preparation, performance, exam content changes, grading standards) and we make no promise or guarantee that you will pass the Diplomatic and Consular Personnel Examination or any exam.

The content is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it is error-free, complete, or always up to date with exam format changes. Please report errors to chenkoyu@gmail.com — we'll try to fix them but accept no liability for them.

To the maximum extent permitted under Taiwan law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or lost profits arising from your use (or inability to use) the Service; our total liability is capped at the amount you actually paid for the course. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Taiwan law (e.g., liability for intent or gross negligence).

7. 準據法與管轄 / Governing law & jurisdiction

本條款之解釋與適用，以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。因本服務所生之爭議，雙方同意以台灣有管轄權之法院為第一審管轄法院，但消費者依消費者保護法或其他強制規定所享有之權利不受影響。

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from the Service are subject to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Taiwan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.

8. 條款修改 / Changes to these Terms

我們可能不時修改本條款，修改後將更新「生效日期」並公告於本頁面。重大變更將盡力另行通知（例如透過 email）。

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Effective date" above will be updated and changes posted here. We'll try to notify you separately (e.g., by email) of material changes.
